These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CentraTruck POS service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to maintain the security of your credentials, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Paid features are subject to separate billing terms. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with our billing policy.
You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with other users, or circumvent any technical or security measures.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service. You retain ownership of your content and data; by using the Service you grant us a license to host, copy, transmit and use your data as necessary to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and stored data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies; export your data before termination if needed.
The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for direct damages arising from these Terms will be limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or a nominal amount where no fees were paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this deployment. Please choose the governing jurisdiction and update these Terms to reflect your company’s legal location.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
